Karoo Wonderful Pomegranates

Karoo Pak (Pty) Ltd is an agribusiness in the Klein Karoo region of South Africa specialising

in the packing and marketing of pomegranates for the export market. Owned by local farmers, the company was established two years ago with a vision to grow into the country’s leading packer and exporter of pomegranates and value-added products made from the pomegranates grown on the participating farms. Karoo Pak’s value-added products are made from the juice grade fruit.

The products include 100% pure “squeezed and freezed” pomegranate juice, 100% pure long-life juice, a skin and haircare range called Karoo by Amy made from pomegranate seed oil and a unique port-style drink called Karoo Pomegranate Rouge.
